2024 - 2025 License Fee Schedule

ACTIVE PRACTICING WITH CONDITIONS	Graduate Respiratory Therapist (With Conditions): Prorated Annual License Fee based on the date of registration. Full Annual License Fee rate to be paid at license renewal time. Registered Respiratory Therapist with Conditions: Annual License Fee	To a maximum of 18 months
TEMPORARY PRACTICING	Fees waived for 90-180 day period	Valid for 90 days Renewable for one 90-day period

2024-2025 ADDITIONAL FEES

Late Fee: $150.00

Reinstatement Fee: $75.00

Application/Registration Fee: $75.00

*Applicants will be advised of their license application status following a due diligence investigation by the Registrar. Applicants will be invoiced the appropriate license fee following approval of their application. Upon full payment of the required fee, the individual will be added to the membership roster and a printable PDF license card will be emailed to you. All fees must be paid via a credit card transaction using the secure online payment system during the application submission.
